What is Luxury Press on Nails?
Luxury press on nails refer to the handmade press on nails which ensure the perfect fit for your hands made using high quality salon materials with great detail.
How do they stick?
Every order comes with an application kit, which includes Glue tabs, Cuticle Stick, Nail Buffer, Nail Filer, and Alcohol Pad.
We recommend glue tabs for a shorter time stay for around 1-3 days.
And you can buy Brush-On Nail Glue as an add-on, which helps to keep the nails on for 15-21 days.
I don't know about my sizes. How do I buy them?
If you don't know your sizes, you can go with any of the following three approaches:
Sizing Kit: You can order a sizing kit in the desired shape from the website and note the exact sizes. Once you are ready to order your set, a unique code will be provided, which will deduct the price of the sizing kit from your order.
Ready-To-Wear Sizing Kit: If you don't want to wait and have a color in mind, you can order a sizing kit, which has two nails each of all the sizes available for the shape you choose. With this, you can readily wear your nails and know the size for your next order.
Measure Using Tape: You can measure your nails using a scale, tape and a marker. Once you have measured your nails, you can check the standard nails sizes available in the Sizing chart. You can buy from the standard sizes in which most number of nails have same sizes.
Are they reusable?
Yes, as they are made from high-quality salon materials, all our nails are reusable.
How can I get my nail designs customised?
For a customised nail set, you need to know your nail sizes first. After you know your nail sizes, you can write an email or DM us on Instagram about what nail designs you would like to have and we can work together from there onwards.
I lost/ broke one of my nail, do I need to buy a new set again?
Well, NO. we do replacement nails as well. If you have lost or broken one of the nail from your set, we can get another nail made of the same design for you.
But this is subject to the availability of the design. Because when there are new product launches, the old supplies are subject to run out. But we are always there to help. Contact us at info@polishedparadox.com
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Our processing time is 7-14 days for made-to-order sets, and for the custom designs, it is 14-21 days. So we recommend that you plan ahead of time for any events/ functions to have them on time.
How do I return the product?
Unfortunately, we do not take returns until you have received broken products. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing; the products will be made based on the sizes provided by the customer. And for the standard sizes, it is the responsibility of the customer to check the nail sizes before ordering.
