How it Works...

Step 1 - Before Ordering

• Please ensure you have ordered a sizing kit and know your exact nail size before ordering.

• There's nothing worse than receiving something that doesn't fit and as we do not accept returns it's vital you are providing the correct sizes for your order!

• This is the only way to give reassurance that these nails are custom to you and will fit like a glove!

Step 2 - Ordering

• Once you have your sizes, check whether you are wanting a custom design or a made to order design

Step 3 - How to Order - Custom Shop

• Message me on Instagram and we will sort your design out together

• If you have any inspo pics - feel free to send these over to me!

• Once design is agreed on I will let you know which selections from the site to checkout with

• From here you will be able to select your chosen nail shape and length

• Please enter your nail sizes into the text box

How to Order - Made to Order

• As above, please ensure a sizing kit has already been purchased and you know your nail sizes

• Select your design from the Made to Order section of the site

• Feel free to message me with any colour changes to the chosen design, i'll be happy to accommodate!

• Select your nail shape & length

• Enter your nail sizes into the text box (from pinky to thumb for both hands)- see example below

Step 4 - Shipping

• Netherlands customers should receive their order within 7 days after dispatch

• International Shipping can take between 7-14 days after dispatch

• Once dispatched you will receive tracking information to your email
